Estimates and scope

Website prices and the calculators are estimates in Australian dollars. Sending a brief does not place an order. Your written quote should identify the pages, features, deliverables, final price, applicable taxes, timeline and anything excluded. A booking system and an online shop are different scopes; if you need both, that combination must be included in the quote.

Review and changes

The process described on this site includes two rounds of changes. Agree the scope and review stages in the written quote. Extra features or work outside the agreed scope need a separate written price and timeline before proceeding.

Payments

The standard process shown here is half to start and half when the site is ready to go live, using the payment details in your written quote. Brice checks the bank before confirming payment and providing a receipt. Clicking a button on this site does not prove or confirm a bank transfer.

Ongoing services

Domain registration, hosting, payment processing and paid third-party services can have separate charges. The optional care plan is described on the prices page. Your quote should identify the services needed and who manages and pays for each one.

Content and handover

You should have permission to use any words, logos and images you provide. Agree ownership, handover and any third-party licence conditions in the written quote before starting. Showroom examples are demonstrations with sample content, not functioning customer businesses.

Cancellation and concerns

Agree cancellation arrangements and any applicable refund terms in writing before accepting the quote or paying a deposit. If plans change or something is wrong, contact Brice to discuss it. This page does not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
