In writing, with what is included and when it will be ready. Half is paid to start, by PayID bank transfer.

I build, you review
You see the real site on a private link and ask for changes. Two rounds are included.

It goes live
When you are happy, the second half is paid and the site goes up on your own web address.
Questions
Straight answers.
What do I need to give you?
Your business name, what you do, where you work and how people should contact you. Photos and a logo help if you have them. If you do not, I can make a simple logo as an extra.
Are there ongoing costs?
Two. A web address, which is paid yearly to the registrar in your name. And hosting, which is either covered by the Care plan at $39 a month, or something you arrange yourself with my help.
Can I start small and add to it later?
Yes. I build every site so that pages, bookings or a shop can be added later without starting again.
What does "front end and back end" mean?
The front end is what people see and click. The back end is the part behind it that remembers things: who has an account, what they booked, what they paid. A normal website is mostly front end. If people need to log in, it needs both.
How do I know what a custom system will cost?
The price shown is the starting point. After a call about exactly what it needs to do, you get a fixed price for that list. If the list changes, the price is agreed again before any extra work is done.
How do I pay?
By PayID, which is a normal bank transfer from your own banking app, so there are no card fees. You get a link with the amount and a reference, and your bank shows you my name before you confirm. I send a receipt once it arrives.
Do I own the site?
Yes. Once it is paid for, the site and everything in it is yours, and the web address is registered in your name, not mine.
Can I update it myself?
If you want to. Tell me at the start and I will set it up so you can change text, photos and prices without touching code.
