Enquiries

The quote and brief forms ask for your name, contact details and project requirements. If you attach a Lab design, its link and design choices are included. Brice uses these details to respond, prepare a quote and discuss your project. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive records through these forms.

Email delivery and hosting

The forms currently prepare a message in your chosen text or WhatsApp app; press send there to finish. Those services handle the message under their own privacy policies. When email forwarding is enabled, FormSubmit processes submissions and forwards them to Brice's inbox. FormSubmit's documentation describes a 30-day submission archive. Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. These providers operate their own services and may process information outside Australia. See FormSubmit's privacy policy and Vercel's privacy policy.

Designs on your device

Business details, logos and saved designs can be stored in your browser. Brief drafts and design handoffs use session storage. Your own preview photos are not uploaded by the editor. Clearing browser storage removes local saved data. A shared design link contains design information: anyone you give that link to can open it. Local logos and uploaded preview photos are not included in shared links.

Messages and records

Enquiries reach Brice's email inbox and may be kept with project correspondence. The website does not offer an account or a customer dashboard for managing those messages. Contact Brice to ask about access, corrections or deletion of information you have sent. Some business records may need to be retained.
